Buying remotely

Buying with confidence

This is exactly what we built our process around. Every machine is inspected and serviced before listing, and we share photos, video, hours and condition details up front. You then have 7 days or 50 working hours after delivery to inspect it yourself, backed by our 7-day money-back guarantee. If it is not as described, you get a full refund.

Yes. Every unit is inspected and serviced before it is listed, and inspected again before it ships. Where available, we provide a certified inspection report and service history, so you receive a working machine rather than a project.

Once you choose a machine, we draft a bill of sale signed by both buyer and seller and issue an itemized invoice. The machine is held for you while your paperwork is finalized and payment is arranged.

Payment

Paying securely

Payment is made by secure bank wire transfer using the banking details on your invoice. For returning and verified customers, a certified check may also be accepted. We never store full card details, and there are no buyer fees.

Funds typically clear within 1 to 2 business days. The seller is always paid and the machine is prepared for pickup or dispatch, so both sides of the transaction are protected throughout.

After completing your wire transfer, you upload the receipt directly from your payment page. We forward it to our finance department for verification and your dashboard updates as soon as the payment clears.

Shipping

Transport & delivery

We deliver across the United States, Canada and Mexico, and we handle the permits cross-border delivery requires. Tell us your ZIP or postal code and we will provide a free, no-obligation transport quote. See our service areas for details.

Transport generally begins 1 to 2 business days after your payment clears and is completed within up to 15 business days, depending on distance and route. You can follow your shipment in real time from your dashboard.

Always. Every load is fully insured against loss, damage and theft from the moment we load it until it reaches you, door to door. Risk passes to you only when you sign the delivery receipt.

Guarantee

Inspection & returns

You have 7 days or 50 working hours after delivery, whichever comes first, to inspect and test your machine. If it is not as described, we repair it through a partner service center within 72 hours or, if we cannot, issue a full refund with return shipping at no cost to you.

If your machine has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, our finance team processes a full refund using your original payment method. You are never left waiting indefinitely.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for your purchase. Our finance department contacts you directly to process the wire transfer and make sure everything is completed smoothly.

Selling

Selling your equipment

We charge a flat 5% fee on the final sale price, which covers inspection, listing, marketing, buyer coordination and secure payment. There is no sale, no charge: if it does not sell, you pay nothing. Learn more about selling.

No. We screen buyers, coordinate the sale, handle secure payment and arrange transport. You list it once and we take care of the rest, then send your payment when the sale closes.
